Shipping Policy
To provide you with the best possible service, we aim to dispatch goods within three business days upon receipt of a confirmed order and payment.
Local Delivery:
We offer delivery services within the Darwin and Palmerston areas, starting at $15, through our local courier service.
Verification Process for Online Orders:
To enhance the security and integrity of our services, we reserve the right to request identification before dispatching any online orders. This may involve asking for a valid photo ID to confirm the purchaser's identity.
Right to Cancel Orders:
We also reserve the right to cancel orders that appear suspicious or inconsistent with past ordering behaviour. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, and we will notify the customer via email.
